Lead Product Designer solving complex problems and driving growth at scale.
I lead product design across MLSE’s suite of sports apps, simplifying complex user journeys, driving revenue-impacting features, and partnering with product, engineering, and growth to deliver outcomes for millions of fans - including propelling the Toronto Maple Leafs app to the #1 sports app in Canada.
Streamlining playoff content to reduce overload, deliver faster access for fans, and unlock targeted sponsorship opportunities across key segments.
I helped frustrated fans find what they need faster and boosted revenue while doing it.
In 2024, I optimized the Toronto FC app, streamlining navigation and refining interactions. Initial results indicate a 20.6%+ increase in task success rates, along with improved retention and usability, while enhancements to Order to Your Seat continue to drive significant revenue growth YoY.
I made construction approvals effortless - helping builders secure $1.3M in new work.
By streamlining E-Signatures and Approvals, we made it easier for clients to instantly approve estimates, change orders, and selections, helping builders move projects forward without delays. This led to a 27% increase in finalized approvals and an average of $1.32M in additional approved work, creating a smoother experience for both builders and clients while driving significant business growth.
I brought brands to life through visual design that engages, converts, and lasts.
In addition to my product design work, I’ve also led my own creative studio (Saintfields), where I’ve partnered with clients across industries on brand identity, illustration, packaging, and web design. This work has deepened my visual design foundation, but my core focus remains product design and user experience.
